摘 要:犬尿喹啉酸(kynurenic acid,KYNA)作为内源性离子型谷氨酸受体和α7-烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体拮抗剂,一直被认为是一种神经调节剂,近年来,随着对KYNA与G蛋白偶联受体35和芳香烃受体的作用的进一步研究,发现KYNA与免疫系统、炎症和癌症密切相关。文章从KYNA对免疫细胞的免疫调节作用及机制入手,对KYNA近年来的研究进展作一综述,为未来KYNA在抗炎、调节免疫及相关疾病等方面的探讨提供参考。Kynurenic acid(KYNA)acts as an antagonist affecting all ionotropic glutamate receptors andα7-nicotinic acetylcholine receptor,which has been considered a neuromodulator.With the further study on the role of KYNA about G protein coupled receptor 35 and aryl hydrocarbon receptor,KYNA is closely related to immune system,inflammation and cancer in recent years.In this paper,the recent research progress of KYNA from its immunomodulatory effect on immune cells and its mechanism were reviewed,so as to provide reference for the future study of KYNA in anti-inflammatory,immune regulation and related diseases.
