摘 要:新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enteroeolitis of newborn,NEC)是发生在新生儿尤其是早产儿的急性坏死性肠道疾病,病因复杂,迄今仍未完全清楚,多数认为是多因素共同作用。越来越多的研究揭示肠道微生物群和NEC之间的相关性。微生物群在建立的过程中,受围生期多因素影响,导致其结构改变。研究证实微生物群结构改变与免疫系统改变有关,这为解答肠道微生物群在NEC发病中作用提供依据。文章对近年来肠道微生物群在NEC研究中的意义和进展进行综述,旨在加强对肠道微生物群和NEC之间关系的理解,并对NEC预防和治疗提供帮助。Necrotizing enterocolitis of newborn(NEC)is an acute necrotizing intestinal disease that occurs in newborns,especially in preterm infants,with a complex etiology that remains incompletely understood to date.It is considered that it based on multi-factor interaction.More and more studies have revealed the correlation between intestinal microbiota and NEC.In the process of establishment,the microbial community is affected by many factors in perinatal period,resulting in structural changes.Studies have confirmed that the structural changes of microbiota are related to the changes of immune system,which provides a basis for understanding the role of intestinal microbiota in the pathogenesis of NEC.This review Summarized the significance and progress of intestinal microbiota in the study of NEC in recent years,in order to strengthen the understanding of the relationship between intestinal microbiota and NEC,and provide help for the prevention and treatment of NEC.
