摘　　要：乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染机体后,宿主免疫应答介导的HBV清除及肝脏损伤在临床转归中起关键作用。在慢性乙型肝炎中,炎症反应是宿主免疫反应的特征表现,炎症长期存在促进肝纤维化及肝硬化的发展。固有免疫是宿主对抗乙型肝炎病毒感染的第一道防线,而浆细胞样树突状细胞(plasmacytoid dendritic cells,pDCs)是固有免疫的至关重要的一部分,在慢性HBV感染、肝炎的发生、HBV清除和感染的恢复中起关键作用。探索慢性乙型病毒性肝炎中浆细胞样树突状细胞功能为临床实践提供理论依据。本文对pDCs在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎发病中的作用之研究进展进行综述。After hepatitis B virus(HBV)infects the body,HBV clearance and liver damage mediated by host immune response play a key role in clinical outcome.In chronic hepatitis B,the inflammatory response is a characteristic manifestation of the host immune response.The long-term inflammation promotes the development of liver fibrosis and cirrhosis.Innate immunity is the host’s first line of defense against hepatitis B virus infection,and plasmacytoid dendritic cells(pDCs)are a vital part of innate immunity and play a key role in chronic HBV infection,hepatitis occurrence,HBV clearance and recovery of infection.Exploring the function of plasmacytoid dendritic cells in chronic hepatitis B virus infection may provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice.In this article the research progress of the role of pDCs in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B is reviewed.
