摘　　要：介绍了一种嵌入式存储系统的设计与实现方法。主要包括硬件设计和软件设计2部分:硬件设计部分以内核微处理器STM32H743为核心,完成了SD存储卡接口、调试串口、时钟模块等硬件电路设计以及PCB抗干扰设计;软件设计部分主要是利用MDK软件进行相关开发,通过移植FatFS文件系统,完成了在SD卡中创建并快速读写文件的程序设计。最后,通过2组试验对系统的基本功能、读写速度以及可靠性进行了测试,测试结果充分验证了整个系统的正确性。This article introduces design and implementation method of an embedded storage system,which mainly includes two parts:hardware design and software design.For hardware design,the microprocessor STM32H743 is taken as the core,and the hardware circuit design of SD memory card interface,debug serial port,clock module and PCB anti-interference design are completed.For software design,MDK software is mainly used for related development.By transplanting the FatFS files,the programming of creating,quick reading and writing files in the SD card are completed.Finally,the basic functions,read-write speed and reliability of the system are tested through two sets of tests.The test results fully verified the correctness of the entire system.
