摘  要:三支柱绝缘子作为GIL设备中的重要部件,研究其表面电荷积聚特性具有重要意义。为充分掌握其电场分布,文中开展了表面电荷集聚理论分析和三支柱绝缘子的电场分布仿真计算,研制了三支柱绝缘子表面电荷测量装置,并在交流电压下开展了表面电荷测量试验。结果表明:三支柱绝缘子腹部区域电场法向分量大于支柱区域;200kV以下,腹部表面平均电荷密度约为支柱的2.5~3倍,250 kV以上,腹部表面平均电荷密度约为支柱的5倍;三支柱绝缘子测量得到的实际电荷分布与仿真结果相符。It is of great significance to study the surface charge accumulation characteristics of tri-post insulator,the important part of GIS.In order to fully grasp its electric field distribution,the theoretical analysis of surface charge ag-gregation and the simulation calculation of electric field distribution of the tri-post insulator are carried out in this paper.The surface charge measurement device of the tri-post insulator is developed and the surface charge measurement test under AC voltage is performed.The results show that the normal component of the electric field in the belly area of the tri-post insulator is larger than that in the post area.In case of below 200 kV,the average charge density on the belly surface is about 2.5〜3 times that of the post and,in case of above 250 kV,the average charge density on the belly surface is about 5 times that of the post.The actual charge distribution measured from the tri-post insulator is in good agreement with the simulation results.
