摘 要:利用感应电极与高压导体间杂散电容构成电容分压器高压臂的电压传感器是GIS中暂态电压的主要测量手段,但三相同壳GIS结构各相电场在电压传感器处相互耦合,因此需要研究解耦方法以准确测量各相VFTO电压波形。文中根据三相同壳式GIS母线三角形布置这一特点,结合电压传感器电容分压原理,首先建立了三相同壳GIS母线相电压测量系统,提出了电场耦合系数矩阵,并利用仿真手段,建立了二维仿真模型,研究电压传感器位置对电场耦合矩阵的影响。结果表明,电压传感器处于相母线“近距点”时对应电场耦合系数达到最大值,另外两相电场耦合系数近乎为0,电场耦合系数矩阵转化为对角矩阵,达到解耦的目的。文中也进一步建立了三维模型验证了二维模型的结论,并得出了手孔式电压传感器手孔深度越大,手孔直径越小,电场耦合系数越小的结论,为工程实践提供参考。The voltage sensor of high voltage arm of capacitive voltage divider,which is composed of stray capacitance between inductive electrode and high voltage conductor,is the primary measurement measures of transient voltage in GIS.However,the electric field of each phase of three-phase enclosed structure of GIS is coupled each oth-er at the position of voltage sensor.It is therefore necessary to study the decoupling method so to accurately measure the VFTO voltage waveform of each phase.In this paper,the phase voltage measurement system of three-phase en-closed GIS busbar is set up firstly in accordance with the triangle layout characteristic of the three-phase enclosed GIS busbar and in combination with capacitive voltage division principle of voltage sensor.The electric field cou-pling coefficient matrix is proposed.The two-dimensional simulation model is set up by using simulation so to study the influence of the position of the voltage sensor on the electric field coupling matrix.The results show that the corre-sponding electric field coupling coefficient reaches the maximum when the voltage sensor is at the"close point"of the phase bus,and the electric field coupling coefficient of the other two phases is almost zero.The electric field coupling coefficient matrix is transformed into a diagonal matrix so to achieve the purpose of decoupling.Furthermore,the three-dimensional model is set up in this paper and the conclusion the two-dimensional model is verified.And such conclusion as the larger the depth of the hand hole voltage sensor is,the smaller the diameter of the hand hole is and the smaller the electric field coupling coefficient is,which provides a reference for engineering practice.
