摘 要:针对干式空心串联电抗器绕组匝间短路故障频发的运行实际,文中首次考虑了无功补偿回路中并联电容器对串联电抗器电磁特性的影响,建立了基于磁场一电路耦合原理的二维轴对称模型,以分析电抗器的电磁特性与故障特征之间的定量关系。首先阐述了电抗器电感量、电流和磁场的解析计算原理,建立了电磁耦合原理下的二维轴对称分析模型,鉴于电磁耦合多物理场分析计算的复杂性,文中利用有限元分析软件Comsol验证电抗器正常运行工况下所建二维轴对称模型的准确性,然后,进一步分析了电抗器在绕组不同位置匝间短路工况下的电磁特征量,通过仿真对比分析,验证了所建立二维轴对称模型的合理性,表明电抗器绕组发生匝间短路故障时,流经短路环电流极大,呈现出由内层向外层、由端部向中间逐渐增大的分布特征,但回路总电流变化很小;另外,在绕组中间位置故障时磁场畸变最为严重。In view of such actual operation as frequent winding inter-turn short circuit of dry-type air-core series reactor,the the effect of electromagnetic characteristics of shunt capacitor on series reactor in reactive power compensation circuit is considered in this paper for the first time,and a two-dimensional axial symmetrical model based on the magnetic field-circuit coupling principle is set up so to analyze the quantitative relationship between the electromagnetic characteristics and fault characteristics of the reactor.Firstly,the analytical calculation principle of the inductance,current and magnetic field of the reactor are described.The two-dimensional axial symmetrical analysis model based on the electromagnetic coupling principle is set up.Given the complexity of electromagnetic coupling multi-physics field analysis and calculation,the finite element analysis software Comsol is used in this paper to verify the accuracy of the two dimensional axial symmetrical model which is set up under normal operating conditions of the reactor.Then,the electromagnetic characteristics of the reactor under the inter-turn short circuit condition at different positions of winding are analyzed further.The rationality of the established two-dimensional axial symmetrical model is verified by simulation,comparison and analysis,showing that,in case of inter-turn short circuit fault of reactor winding,the current flowing through the short-circuit loop is extremely large with such distribution characteris-tic as gradual increase from the inner layer to the outer layer and from the end to the middle,but the variation of total current of the circuit is less.Moreover,the magnetic field distortion,in case of fault in the middle position of the winding,is the most serious.
