摘 要:大型变压器作为电网系统中的关键性设备,其遭受震害有可能造成巨大的社会及经济损失。为评估抗震加固前后大型变压器设备的抗震经济效用,以某220 kV仿真变压器模型为例,通过地震模拟振动台试验对提出的抗震加固方法进行验证,利用计算模型对大型变压器进行地震易损性分析,以及抗震经济效用评估分析。结果表明:在升高座与变压器箱体之间设置连接杆件的抗震加固方法能有效降低套管的地震响应水平,减小变压器发生破坏的概率,且对变压器牵拉破坏失效概率的降低效果更为显著。采取抗震加固措施可以有效降低变压器的震害费用,降幅最大接近50%。相对于抗震加固的经济效益而言,加固改造成本较小,抗震加固措施对大型变压器有较好的抗震经济效用。As for the large transformer,the key equipment in power grid system,its seismic damage may cause huge social and economic losses.For evaluating the seismic economic effect of large transformer before and after seismic reinforcement,one 220 kV simulation transformer is taken as an example,the proposed seismic reinforcement meth-od is verified through the seismic simulation shaking table test.The calculation model is used to perform seismic vulnerability analysis and also seismic economic effect assessment analysis of the large transformer.The results show that such seismic reinforcement methos as setting linkage between the turret and the transformer tank can reduce effectively the seismic responses level of the bushing and the probability of transformer failure.And the result of reducing probability of transformer traction failure is more remarkable.Adoption of seismic reinforcement measures can reduce effectively the seismic damage cost of transformer up to 50%.Compared with the economic effect of seismic reinforcement,the reinforcement modification cost is small and the seismic reinforcement measure has better seismic eco-nomic effects on large transformers.
