摘　　要：介绍了一起某型罐式断路器的防爆膜批次缺陷,通过现场检测、故障仿真和性能试验,发现造成该起防爆膜保护橡胶层异常鼓包缺陷的原因为金属防爆膜与保护橡胶层之间粘结工艺不良。并根据缺陷具体原因,提出相应的整改措施及相关建议。In this paper,a batch defect of rupture disc of dead tank circuit breaker is analyzed.It is founded through site detection,fault simulation and performance test that the reason for the abnormal bulge of the protective rubber layer of the rupture disc is due to weak bonding process between the metal rupture disc and protection rubber layer.And the corresponding improvement measures and related suggestions is proposed in accordance with the specific reason of the defect.
