摘 要:目的采用回顾性分析,比较早期营养干预对同期行放、化疗头颈部肿瘤患者营养状况的影响。方法根据筛选标准纳入104例头颈部肿瘤患者,随机将其分为对照组和早期营养干预组,每组各52例。比较两组在体重、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、NRS评分的变化。结果早期营养干预组的体重、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白均较对照组高;NRS评分、住院费用等方面较对照组低;两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期营养干预可有效改善患者的营养状况,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To retrospectively analyze and compare the effect of nutritional nursing at different times on nutritional status of patients with head and neck cancer undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 104 patients were enrolled according to the standard of intake and discharge.They were randomly divided into early nutrition intervention group and control group with 52 cases in each group.The changes of body weight,serum albumin,hemoglobin and NRS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The body weight,serum albumin and hemoglobin of the early nutrition intervention group were higher than those of the control group,while the NRS score and hospitalization expenses were lower than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutritional intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients and better their quality of life.
