中医情志护理联合离照散药炙对癌性腹痛合并腹水患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理联合离照散药炙对癌性腹痛合并腹水的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月本院收治的78例癌性腹痛合并腹水患者为对象,按电脑数字表法随机分为两组,每组39例。两组均予以离照散药灸治疗。治疗过程中,对照组接受常规护理,观察组开展中医情志护理,对比两组的疗效及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组一般自我效能感量表评分较对照组高,癌因疲乏量表评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率(92.31%)较对照组(74.36%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组Karnofsky评分、健康调查简表评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理联合离照散药炙可有效改善癌性腹痛合并腹水患者的情志状态,提升疗效,进而有效改善其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Lizhao powder medicinal moxibustion on abdominal pain and ascites and its impact on patients′quality of life.Methods A total of 78 patients with abdominal pain and ascites admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.According to the computer digital table method randomly divided into two groups,39 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with Lizhao powder moxibustion.During the treatment,the control group received routine care,and the observation group started TCM emotional care,comparing the efficacy and quality of life of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the general self-Efficacy scale-schwarzer scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the cancer fatigue scale scale were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group(74.36%),with statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Karnofsky score and the MOS item short from health survey score of the observation group were higher than the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM Emotional Care Combined with Lizhao Powder can effectively improve the status of cancerous abdominal pain and ascites,and improve the curative effect,thus effectively improving the quality of life.
