摘　　要：随着严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)疫苗的研发上市,接种疫苗已成为阻断新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)传播的最有效途径。然而,SARS-CoV-2变异株的不断出现对疫苗的免疫效力带来了一定影响,引起了人们的广泛关注。文章对目前主要出现的SARS-CoV-2变异株及其变异位点进行了总结,分析了SARS-CoV-2变异株对疫苗免疫保护效力的影响。With the development and marketing of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)vaccine,vaccination has become the most effective way to block the spread of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).However,the continuous emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants has a certain impact on the immune efficacy of the vaccine which has aroused extensive attention.This review summarized the main variants and the mutation sites of SARS-CoV-2,and analyzed the impact of SARS-CoV-2 variants on the immune protective efficacy of the vaccines.
