摘 要:本文介绍一台大容积压力容器--空气储罐的定期检验情况。对定期检验中发现罐体表面出现延迟裂纹进行深入分析,并将延迟裂纹打磨消除后形成的凹坑进行理论计算,将计算结果结合其他检验结果制定出空气储罐最终处理方案。此台空气储罐的处理方案既避免压力容器因焊接返修带来的二次损伤,又降低使用单位处理成本,对该类压力容器的定期检验提供一定的指导意义。This paper introduces the periodic inspection of air tank,a large volume pressure vessel.In this paper,the delayed crack on the surface of the tank was analyzed in detail,and the pits formed after the delayed crack was eliminated were calculated theoretically.The final treatment scheme of air tank is worked out by combining the calculation results with other inspection results.The treatment scheme of this air tank not only avoids the secondary damage of pressure vessel caused by welding repair,but also reduces the treatment cost per unit.It provides a certain guiding significance for the periodic inspection of this kind of pressure vessels.
