摘 要:制备了CuS负载的Pt纳米花(CuS-Pt)并研究了金属离子对其类过氧化物酶活性的影响。CuS-Pt纳米花能高效地催化H_(2)O_(2)氧化3,3’,5,5’-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)使反应溶液由无色变为深蓝色,在652 nm处产生一个明显的吸收峰。研究发现,众多金属离子中只有Ag^(+)能够有效抑制CuSPt纳米花的类酶催化活性,从而使溶液颜色变浅并在652 nm处产生减色效应。在一定浓度范围内,这种抑制作用与Ag^(+)浓度呈现良好的线性关系。基于该原理构建了一种检测Ag^(+)含量的比色分析新方法,检测线性范围为200~600 nmol/L,检出限为50 nmol/L。该方法可应用于实际样品中Ag^(+)含量的测定。CuS-loaded Pt( CuS-Pt) nanoflowers were prepared and the effects of metal ions on their peroxidase-like activity were studied. CuS-Pt nanoflowers can effectively catalyze the oxidation of 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine( TMB) by H;O;to make the reaction solution change from colorless to dark blue,with a new absorption peak at 652 nm. It is found that only Ag;,among many metal ions,can effectively inhibit the enzyme-like catalytic activity of CuS-Pt nanoflowers,thus making the solution turn to light blue and decreasing the absorbance at 652 nm. A good linear relationship is obtained between the inhibition degree of peroxidase-like activity and the amount of Ag;within a certain concentration range. Based on this mechanism, a new colorimetric method to detect Ag;is developed with the detectable range of 200-600 nmol/L and detection limit of 50 nmol/L. The method can be applied to the determination of Ag;in actual samples.
