摘 要:通过水热法直接分解胰蛋白胨,建立了一种合成新的碳量子点的方法。该碳量子点的量子产率为18.3%,其发光强度分别与pH和离子强度呈现良好的线性相关性。所合成的碳量子点能够作为选择性响应2,4-二硝基苯酚的荧光探针,荧光响应机理为内滤效应并伴有静态猝灭。当2,4-二硝基苯酚的浓度为0.010~4.0μg/mL时,与发光强度呈现线性关系,检出限为5.1μg/L。方法能够应用于实际环境水样的分析。This work reported an easy one step synthesis of carbon quantum dots( CQDs) via pyrolysis of tryptone. The as-synthesized CQDs exhibited relatively high quantum yield of 18. 3% and good photo-stability.The luminescence intensity of the CQDs showed a good linear correlation with pH( 5. 0-12. 0) and ionic strength( 0-5 mol/L),respectively. The CQDs prepared using tryptone could be used as fluorescent probes for selective response of 2,4-dinitrophenol. The fluorescence response mechanism was related to a combination of inner filter effect and static quenching effect. The calibration curve was linear with 2,4-dinitrophenol concentration in the range of 0. 010 to 4. 0 μg/m L,and the detection limit was as low as 5. 1 μg/L. The CQDs were successfully applied to the analysis of water samples in real environment.
