摘  要:制备并表征了β-环糊精/壳聚糖聚合物(β-CD-CTS)。以β-CD-CTS为固相萃取剂,建立了固相萃取-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法联用同时测定环境水样中痕量Pb(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法。考察了影响Pb(Ⅱ)和Cu (Ⅱ)萃取率的各因素。在最优条件下,Pb (Ⅱ)和Cu (Ⅱ)的检出限分别为0.85和0.46 ng/mL,相对标准偏差分别为3.0%和2.8%。将此方法应用于环境水样中Pb(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)测定,其回收率分别为88.0%~102.7%和88.1%~103.5%。β-cyclodextrin/chitosan polymer( β-CD-CTS) was prepared and characterized. A new method based on solid phase extraction using β-cyclodextrin/chitosan polymer as an absorbent coupled with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry( ICP-OES) was developed for the simultaneous determination of Pb( Ⅱ) and Cu( Ⅱ) in environmental water samples. The factors affecting separation and preconcentration of Pb( Ⅱ) and Cu( Ⅱ) were investigated. Under the optimal conditions,the detection limits of Pb( Ⅱ) and Cu( Ⅱ) were 0. 85 and 0. 46 ng/m L,and the relative standard deviations were 3. 0% and 2. 8%,respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine Pb( Ⅱ) and Cu( Ⅱ) in natural water samples with recoveries of 88. 0%-102. 7% and 88. 1%-103. 5%,respectively.
