摘 要:建立了ICP-MS/MS直接测定高纯铽中14种稀土杂质方法,采用气体碰撞反应池模式消除基体对测定元素的测定干扰。测定样品时基体浓度为500 mg/L,测得各元素的样品加标回收率为85%~105%,稀土元素以氧化物形式计算的检出限在1.0~20 ng/L之间,Yb_(2)O_(3)和Lu_(2)O_(3)定量限为0.2μg/g,其它稀土氧化物定量限为0.1μg/g,测得平行样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%。该方法解决了稀土元素相互干扰测定问题。A method was established for the direct determination of 14 rare earth impurities in highly pure terbium by inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry. The interference caused by matrix was eliminated by gas collision mode. The matrix concentration of the sample was 500 mg/L. The standard recovery of each element was 85%-105%. The detection limit of each element was 1. 0-20 ng/L. The limits of detection( LODs) of Yb_(2)O_(3)and Lu_(2)O_(3)were 0. 2 μg/g and the LODs of other rare earth oxides were 0. 1 μg/g.The relative standard deviations of parallel samples were lower than 10%. This method solves the problem of mutual interference in the determination of rare earth elements.
