摘　　要：本文着重阐述如何打造医院智慧后勤大脑。基于BIM模型建设一个将设备、信息和流程集成为一个相互关联、完整和协调的医院后勤综合可视化展示平台,按照“一个平台、一个中心、一站式”服务模式进行设计,将后勤保障由被动式服务转变为主动式服务,构建标准化、信息化、专业化、可视化的统一后勤保障服务体系,确保已经建立的后勤管理制度及标准化流程能够落实。Tliis paper focuses on how to build a smart logistics brain in hospitals:Based on BIM model,a comprehensive visual display platform for hospital logistics is built to integrate equipment,information and processes into an interrelated,complete and coordinated one.The design is carried out in accordance with the service mode of"one platform,one center and one stop",and tlie logistics support is transformed from passive service to active service.Establish a standardized,informationized,professional and visual unified logistics support service system to ensure that the established logistics management system and standardized procedures can be implemented.
