摘 要:自“一带一路”倡议实施以来,我国农业对外合作取得了显著成效,但同时也面临着一些问题,其中农业复合型外事人才的紧缺成为制约农业“走出去”的重要因素。顺应新发展格局,以国家需求为导向,构建人才培养新模式,培养学生成为热爱祖国,掌握农业专业知识、会外语、熟悉经营管理又了解政策法规的复合型人才。这就要求高校、企业、教师和学生的协同配合——高校采取激励措施助力复合型人才的培养;大学英语教师重构身份认同,实现从“教书匠”到复合型教师的转变,提升学生对农学专业和中华文化身份的认同;涉农校企之间加强实质性的交流与合作,协同育人,从而推动农业国际合作不断向多元纵深发展。Since the implementation of"the Belt and Road Initiative",China has achieved remarkable results in agricultural cooperation with foreign countries,but there also exist some problems,for example,the shortage of agricultural inter-disciplinary foreign affairs talents is an important factor restricting the"Going Out"strategy for agriculture.We should adapt to the new development pattern and construct a new talent training mode guided by national demands to turn the students into inter-disciplinary talents with good English language skills who love our motherland,have expertise in agriculture,are familiar with business management and understand policies and regulations.Such herculean efforts put demands on the university,enterprises,teachers and students in terms of the more collaborations.The university should take effective measures to inspire the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents,college English teachers in the universities should reconstruct their identities and realize the transition from language skill tutors to well-accomplished versatile teachers and help strengthen the students'recognition of agricultural endeavors and Chinese cultural identity,and agricultural universities and enterprises should enhance communication and cooperation to promote the diversified and in-depth development of international agricultural cooperation.
