摘  要:螺旋翅片管束是余热锅炉中重要的余热利用装置。为了探究操作条件对翅片管束换热性能的影响,研究了入口烟温、烟气流速、冷却水流量对一种新型结构翅片管——倒齿形螺旋翅片管束换热及阻力特性的影响。试验结果表明,倒齿形螺旋翅片管束的总换热量随着入口烟气温度、烟气流速和冷却水流量的提高而增大。当烟气温度从250℃提高到350℃,总换热量提高了约64%;当烟气流速由8 m/s提高到16 m/s时,努赛尔数(Nu)增大了约40.5%,冷却水流速升高对总换热量提升2.9%左右。此外,试验结果显示,烟气温度和冷却水流速对于欧拉数(Eu)的影响均较小。新型倒齿形螺旋翅片管束可提高高温烟气的余热利用率,节省天然气能源,提高联合循环电站的经济效益。该试验结果可为后续实际工程应用提供参考。Spiral finned-tube bundles are important for waste heat utilization devices in waste heat boilers.In order to explore the influence of operating conditions on the heat transfer performance of the finned-tube bundles,the effect of inlet flue gas temperature,flue gas flow rate and cooling water flow rate on the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of novel finned-tubes,the serrated spiral finned-tube bundles,are researched.The experimental results show that the total heat transfer rate of the serrated spiral finned-tube bundles increases as the inlet flue gas temperature,flue gas flow rate,and cooling water flow increase.When the flue gas temperature increases from 250℃to 350℃,the total heat transfer rate increases by about 64%.When the flue gas flow rate increases from 8 m/s to 16 m/s,Nusselt number Nu increases by about 40.5%.The increase in the cooling water flow rate improves the total heat exchange rate by about 2.9%.Besides,the experimental results show that the influence of flue gas temperature and cooling water flow on Euler number Eu is less.The novel serrated spiral finned-tube bundles can increase the waste heat utilization rate of high-temperature flue gas,and save natural gas energy,and improve the economic efficiency of combined cycle power plants.The exporimental results provide a reference for practical engineering applications.
