摘  要:针对传统的电能计量装置校验依赖人工到现场定期操作、工作量大且效率低下、不能及时发现并处理电能计量装置故障的问题,设计并实现了一种适用于变电站的关口电能表远程校验系统。系统利用安装在现场的在线校验信号录波采集前置装置和关口电能计量装置,在线自动化校验管理后台;通过脉冲触发的方式,进行高速率、高精度的现场电能表电压、电流波形数据采集;依据波形数据计算出电能,并与关口电能表脉冲电量进行比对,实现了关口电能表的实时在线远程校验。该系统极大地提高了计量现场作业的计量现场作业的智能化、信息化和实时化水平,降低了现场作业强度,提高了计量异常处置的效率,为电能计量装置的运行状态分析和智能运维奠定了基础。Since the traditional calibration of electric energy metering device relies on regular manual operation on the site which means heavy workload and low efficiency,and the fault of electric energy metering device cannot be discovered and dealt in time,a remote calibration system for the gateway electric energy meter applicable in the substation is designed and implemented.The system uses the front-end device of online calibration signal recorder and gateway electric energy metering device installed in the field automatically calibrate management background online.High-speed and high-precision data acquisition of voltage and current waveforms of the on-site electric energy meter is carried out by means of pulse triggering.The electric energy is calculated according to the waveform data,and compared with the pulse electric quantity of the gateway electric energy meter,the real-time online remote calibration of the gateway electric energy meter is realized.The system greatly improves the intelligence,informatization and real-time level of measurement field operation.The intensity of field operation is reduced and the efficiency of abnormal measurement disposal is improved,which lays a foundation for the operation state analysis and intelligent operation and maintenance of electric energy metering device.
