摘  要:结合国内某火电厂工业现场实际工程控制系统,阐述了基金会现场总线(FF)技术应用于工业现场控制系统的设计要点,总结了该类现场总线在强电干扰、组态配置异常、卡件异常等方面易产生的问题,并分析该类型总线故障产生的原因及解决方案。特别是当通信正常的仪表出现频繁掉线、数据异常或已组态的仪表无法切换到自动(AUTO)或串及(CASCADE)状态时,维护人员难以对该故障进行分析。为了解决该类型总线通信故障的问题,文中给出相应的问题分析,从而保障工业现场安全稳定生产,提高设备使用周期,完善施工质量与调试标准,为维护人员对设备故障归类提供有效、可靠的依据。通过对总线设备管理二次的开发,针对该总线设备常见故障信息加以解析,进一步实现故障预判,尽早发现问题并时处理。Combined with the actual engineering a domestic power plant control system,the Foundation Fieldbus(FF)technique applied to industrial field control system design is expounded,the problems easily happened in the fieldbus such as heavy current interference,abnormal configuration,and abnormal card are summarized,and the type of bus fault causes and solutions is analyzed.It is difficult for maintenance personnel to analyze the fault when an instrument with normal communication frequently goes offline,data is abnormal,or a configured instrument cannot switch to AUTO or CASCADE.To solve the problem of communication failure of this type of bus,the paper gives the corresponding problem analysis,to ensure the safety and stable production of industrial site,improve the service cycle of equipment,improve the construction quality and debugging standards,and provide an effective and reliable basis for maintenance personnel to classify equipment failure.Through the secondary development of bus equipment management,the common fault information of the bus equipment is analyzed to further realize the fault prediction,find the problem as soon as possible and deal with it.
