摘  要:目的分析研究16种β_(2)-受体激动剂类化合物的电喷雾质谱裂解规律,为质谱鉴定提供参考。方法采用超高效液相色谱-三重串联四极杆质谱联用仪,正离子检测模式下进行测定,对该类化合物的裂解规律进行研究。结果通过对16种β_(2)-受体激动剂的质谱裂解碎片峰解析比较.发现在正离子模式下.该类化合物易获得质子形成[M+H]^(+)准分子离子峰,而后在碰撞室经碰撞诱导解离后产生脱水、脱异丙基(脱叔丁基)或者脱氨基的特征碎片峰,这与其母核结构的侧链具有仲胺取代基有关。结论本次研究对16种β_(2)-受体激动剂的特征碎片峰的裂解规律进行了推导和推断,为该类物质的检测提供质谱数据参考,从而有助于该类化合物的定性和定量检测。Objective The electrospray mass spectrometry cleavage of 16 β_(2)-adrenoceptor agonists was studied so as to provide basis for mass spectrometric identification. Methods The triple quadrupole mass spectrometry coupled with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was used to investigate the cleavage of the compounds in the positive ion detection mode.Results The compounds,with a secondary nitrogen on the side chain,are readily protonated on the atom nitrogen in positive detection mode to form a [M + H]^(+) quasi-molecular ion peak,and produce daughter ion peaks such as dehydration,de-isopropyl( de-tertiary butyl group) or deamination ion peaks. Conclusion In this study,the cleavage patterns of 16 β_(2)-receptor agonists were studied,which could provide spectrometric reference for the qualitative and quantitative detection of these compounds.
