摘  要:目的分析职业健康体检中放射工作人员血清中甲状腺含量的变化,为职业健康体检放射管理工作提供科学依据。方法选取2019年1月2020年6月职业健康检查的2036人从事放射工作人员作为放射组,同时选取282人从事非放射工作人员作为对照组,检测血清中FT_(3),FT_(4)、TSH的含量并对所测数值进行统计分析。结果放射组和对照组2组之间比较,放射组的FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平均高于对照组,TSH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);放射工作人员中,FT_(4)含量40岁-49岁组明显低于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为4.86、2.35、2.80,P<0.05);放射组女性FT_(3),FT_(4)含量低于男性,TSH含量女性高于男性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性FT_(3)异常率与女性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FT_(4)、TSH两项异常率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期接触低剂量辐射对人体甲状腺功能有一定的损害影响,工作中注意甲状腺部位的保护,做好必要的防护措施,改善作业条件,切实保障工作人员的身体健康。Objective To analyze the changes of thyroid content in serum of radiation workers in occupational health examination,so as to provide scientific basis for the radiation management in occupational health examination.Methods A total of 2036 radiation workers from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the radiation group,and 282 non radiation workers were selected as the radiation group.The contents of FT_(3),FT_(4)and TSH in serum were detected and statistically analyzed.Results The levels of FT_(3) and FT_(4) in the radiation group were higher than those in the control group,while the TSH level in the radiation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Among radiation workers,the FT_(4) content in group 40-49 was significantly lower than that in the other three groups,with the differences of statistical significance (t=4.86,t=2.35,t=2.80,P<0.05).The contents of FT_(3) and FT_(4)in female radiation group were lower than those in male,and the TSH level in female was higher than that in male,with the difference statistically significant (P<0.05).There was statistical significance on the difference in abnormal FT_(3) rate between males and females(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance on the difference in abnormal FT_(4)and TSH rates (P>0.05).Conclusion Long term exposure to low-dose radiation has a certain damage effect on human thyroid function.It is necessary to pay attention to the protection of thyroid parts in work,take necessary protective measures,improve working conditions,and effectively protect the health of workers.
