摘 要:目的了解浙江省临海市8岁~10岁儿童的碘营养状况,为儿童正确补碘提供科学依据。方法 2018年-2020年,在临海市所辖的乡镇(街道),按东西南北中5个方位各抽取1个乡镇(街道),每个乡镇(街道)选取一所学校,每所学校选取(8岁~10岁)学龄儿童40名,采集儿童中段尿液5 ml~10 ml,采用砷铈催化分光光度法检测并加以分析。结果 2018年-2020年共检测儿童尿样635例,其中不同年份儿童尿碘含量比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=2.146,P=0.342),不同年龄段间的儿童尿碘含量差异无统计学意义(Z=2.014,P=0.365),不同性别中检测男童尿样316例,尿碘中位数为167.5μg/L;女童尿样319例,尿碘中位数为146.0μg/L;不同性别儿童尿碘含量比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.459,P=0.014),男性高于女性。结论临海市8岁~10岁儿童总体碘营养水平在适宜范围。Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of 8-10 years old children in Linhai City,Zhejiang Province,and to provide scientific basis for children to supplement iodine correctly. Methods From 2018 to 2020,among the towns( streets) under the jurisdiction of Linhai City,one town( street) is selected from each of the 5 directions of east,west,south,north,middle,and each township( street) selects one school. One school was selected from each township( street),and about 40 school-age children( aged 8-10 years) were selected from each school. The urine was analyzed by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results A total of 635 children urine samples were detected from 2018 to 2020,and there was no statistical significance on the difference in urine iodine contents of children in different years( Z = 2. 146,P = 0. 342).There was no statistical significance on th difference in urinary iodine contents among different age groups( Z = 2. 014,P =0. 365). The median of urinary iodine was 167. 5 μg/L in 316 samples of boys and 146. 0 μg/L in 319 samples of girls for different genders. There was statistical significance on the differences in the content of urinary iodine between boys and girls( Z =-2. 459,P =0. 014),which is higher in males than that in females. Conclusion The overall iodine nutritional level of children aged 8-10 years in Linhai City is in the appropriate range.
