摘 要:公共建筑智慧能源管控系统将是公共建筑节能未来的发展方向。本文针对目前国内公共建筑能耗监测系统和设备监控系统没有很好融合,不能满足设备运行优化、能源智能管控需求的问题,通过调研国内外智能管控相关专业标准,构建了系统的运行监测指标体系。在此基础上,利用物联网、人工智能等技术建立公共建筑能源智能管控方法,并提出了常规基础运行和智能优化能源管控策略。Public building smart energy management and control system will be the development direction of public building energy saving in the future.This paper constructs a systematic operation monitoring index system by investigating the domestic and foreign professional standards for intelligent management and control applications,aiming at the problem that the current domestic public building energy consumption monitoring system and equipment monitoring system are not well integrated,which cannot meet the requirements of equipment operation optimization and energy intelligent management and control.It also proposes conventional basic operation and intelligent optimization energy management and control strategies on the basis of the use of IoT,AI and other technologies to establish an intelligent management and control method for public building.
