摘  要:箱体隔热板的隔热保温性能直接影响着电冰箱的能耗及其使用效果,由于传统的聚氨酯隔热材料的隔热性能已经逼近理论上限,无法满足目前冰箱行业的环保需求,因此,采用新型真空隔热板(VIP)作为保温层已经成了当前冰箱制造企业的主要发展方向。另外,在建筑工程行业领域,由于目前使用广泛的有机保温材料具有易燃的缺点,且受热之后会散发出有毒气体,而无机岩棉材料随着使用时间的增加,容易粉化并坍塌,且导热系数也较高,难以满足长期使用要求,因此,真空隔热板不仅可以广泛用于冰箱等家电行业,在建筑工程领域中也具有极大的应用前景。The thermal insulation performance of the box insulation panel directly affects the energy consumption and use effect of the refrigerator.Because the thermal insulation performance of the traditional polyurethane thermal insulation material has approached the theoretical upper limit,it can not meet the environmental protection needs of the refrigerator industry.Therefore,using the new vacuum insulation panel(VIP) as the insulation layer has become the main development direction of refrigerator manufacturing enterprises.In addition,in the field of construction engineering industry,the widely used organic thermal insulation materials have the disadvantages of flammability and will emit toxic gas after heating,while the inorganic rock wool materials are easy to pulverize and collapse with the increase of service time and the thermal conductivity is also high,which is difficult to meet the requirements of long-term use.Therefore,vacuum insulation panel can not only be widely used in refrigerator and other household appliance industries,but also has great application prospects in the field of construction engineering.
