摘  要:真空锅炉技术源自上世纪70年代瑞士苏黎世大学,随后在世界广泛应用,但笔者在实践中发现,该技术在我国建筑卫生热水与采暖工程中应用不畅,主要是因为在锅炉选型、运维成本、节能降耗等方面存在较大误区,导致不认可真空锅炉系统具有的优势,使我国节能降耗领域出现短板。本文从经济成本、工程技术、设备组合等投资与节能角度出发,综述了真空锅炉系统具有的优势,以期共同进步。Vacuum boiler technology originated from the University of Zurich in Switzerland in the1970 s.With the wide application of this technology worldwide,the author found in practice that the system composed of vacuum boiler technology is not smoothly applied in domestic sanitary hot water and heating projects.There are major misunderstandings in many aspects,especially in boiler system selection,investment in operation and maintenance costs,energy saving and consumption reduction,operation management and safety,which are reflected in the lack of recognition of the advantages of vacuum boiler systems.It leads to shortcomings in the application of this technology in the field of energy saving and consumption reduction in China.This paper starts from multiple perspectives such as investment and energy-saving technology,and combined with economic cost,engineering technology,equipment combination,energy-saving analysis,operation and maintenance management,safe operation and other aspects,to comprehensively discuss the advantages of vacuum boiler system.
