摘　　要：放射卫生管理涉及的法律、法规及行业标准众多,覆盖面广,管理难度大,对医院的放射管理水平提出了更高的要求。为了更加规范地开展医院放射卫生管理工作,合理合法而且高效地进行管理,在现有的条件下建立一套放射卫生规范化管理体系迫在眉睫。文章通过制定放射工作人员、射线装置、工作场所的规范管理制度,建立“院科”两级放射管理模式,加强放射相关预算管理,强化绩效考核管理等一系列有效的管理措施,并积极落实和推进,健全了放射卫生工作规范化管理体系,可以有效地确保放射工作人员职业健康,提高医院放射管理水平,最大限度地保障职工和公众的合法权益。Radiation hygiene management involves many laws,regulations and industry standards,covering a wide area,and difficult to manage,which puts forward higher requirements on the level of radiation management in hospitals.In order to carry out the management of radiological health in hospitals in a more standardized manner,and to conduct management rationally,legally and efficiently,it is urgent to establish a standardized management system of radiological health under the existing conditions.This paper establishes a series of effective management measures such as the“hospitals and departments”two-level radiation management model,strengthens radiation-related budget management,and strengthens performance appraisal management by formulating a standardized management system for radiation workers,radiation equipment,and workplaces,and actively implements and advance and perfect the standardized management system of radiation health work,which can effectively ensure the occupational health of radiation workers,improve the level of radiation management in the hospital,and maximize the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of employees and the public.
