摘　　要：现代医学院校具备集新时代教育、医学科研和临床医疗研究的特点,其目的就是为了培养与医学相关的专业技术人才和研究人员。在这样一个综合性院校当中,图书馆是学校重要的文化基地,也是提供重要情报知识的资料中心,在教育教学过程中具有十分关键的作用。随着目前医疗卫生事业的快速发展和信息化时代的来临,医疗卫生行业也面临着严格的要求。医学院校图书馆是培养未来医学人才的摇篮,对学校的科学发展起到了至关重要的促进作用,历代名师名医的经验都以文献信息的方式来完成传递。为了能够满足新时代的发展需求,医学院校图书管理者要不断进行创新和改革,利用与时俱进的办馆理念和严谨的管理模式,以此来建立资源丰富、服务便捷高效的现代化医学图书馆。Modern medical colleges and universities have the characteristics of education,medical research and clinical medical research in the new era,and its purpose is to cultivate professional and technical personnel and researchers related to medicine.In such a comprehensive college,the library is not only an important cultural base of the school,but also a data center to provide important information and knowledge,which plays a key role in the process of education and teaching.With the rapid development of medical and health services and the advent of the information age,the medical and health industry is also facing strict requirements.The library of medical college is the cradle of cultivating future medical talents,which plays a crucial role in promoting the scientific development of the school.The experience of famous teachers and doctors in the past dynasties is transmitted in the form of literature information.In order to meet the needs of the development of the new era,the librarians of medical colleges and universities should continue to innovate and reform,and use the concept of keeping pace with the times and the management mode of stricting,so as to establish a modern medical library with rich resources,convenient and efficient services.
