补肺消结汤联合手术治疗孤立性肺小结节的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肺消结汤联合胸腔镜肺楔形切除术治疗孤立性肺小结节的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月收治的126例孤立性肺小结节患者为研究对象,以随机对照试验分为对照组(n=63,胸腔镜肺楔形切除术治疗)与试验组(n=63,补肺消结汤联合胸腔镜肺楔形切除术治疗),对比两组视觉模拟评分量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)、肺功能指标水平及健康状态的变化。结果试验组术后4 d、6 d疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后第7 d最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、1 s用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV_(1))水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺消结汤联合胸腔镜肺楔形切除术治疗孤立性肺小结节的效果突出,能显著降低术后疼痛,改善肺功能及健康状态,进而提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bufei Xiaojie decoction combined with thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resection in the treatment of isolated pulmonary nodules.Methods 126 cases of patients with isolated pulmonary nodules treated from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object,randomized controlled trials were used to divide into the control group(n=63,thoracoscopy pulmonary wedge resection treatment)and experimental group(n=63,Bufei Xiaojie decoction combined with thoracoscope lung wedge resection treatment),compared two groups of visual analogue scale(VAS),the change of lung function index level and health status.Results The pain degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group on day 4 and day 6 after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group on the 7th day after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Bufei Xiaojie decoction combined with thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resection for solitary pulmonary nodules is effective,can significantly reduce postoperative pain,improve lung function and health,and thus improve the quality of life.
