面瘫患者接受中医针灸分期治疗的面部神经恢复效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨面瘫患者接受中医针灸分期治疗的面部神经恢复效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月邵武市立医院针灸科收治的面瘫患者100例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组接受常规针灸治疗,观察组接受分期针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果、面部神经功能恢复情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组具备更高治疗总有效率(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组治疗后神经麻痹程度评分与面部残疾指数(facial disability index,FDI)评分均更高(P<0.05),House-Brackmann分级更低(P<0.05);观察组恢复期、静止期与急性期的治愈率呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论分期针灸治疗面瘫的疗效确切,可促使患者面部神经功能恢复,且急性期治疗效果最佳。Objective To explore the effect of facial nerve recovery in patients with facial paralysis treated with acupuncture and moxibustion by stages.Methods 100 patients with facial paralysis admitted to the acupuncture department of Shaowu Municipal Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number method,50 cases in each group.The control group was received conventional acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was received staged acupuncture treatment.Compared the treatment effect and facial nerve recovery status of two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the nerve paralysis degree score and facial disability index(FDI)of the observation group after treatment were higher(P<0.05),the House-Brackmann stage was lower(P<0.05).In the observation group,the recovery rate of recovery stage,static stage and acute stage was gradually increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion by stages is effective in treating facial paralysis,which can promote the recovery of facial nerve function,and the treatment effect in acute stage is the best.
