中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝的护理方法及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎的护理干预方法及效果。方法将医院2019年3月—2020年1月80例中西医结合治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者,采用信封随机法分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,试验组给予综合护理。比较两组护理开始和护理后负性情绪评分、满意度、并发症率。结果试验组负性情绪评分优化程度大于对照组优化的程度,P<0.05。试验组的满意度高,对照组满意度低(χ^(2)=8.889,P=0.003<0.05)。试验组并发症率低于对照组(χ^(2)=6.135,P=0.013<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝患者进行综合护理可以减轻患者的心理压力,减少并发症的发生,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the nursing intervention methods and effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods From March 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine were randomly divided into two groups by envelope.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group,and comprehensive nursing was given in the experimental group.Negative emotion score,satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups at the beginning and after nursing.Results The optimization degree of negative emotion score in experimental group was greater than that in control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of experimental group was high,while that of control group was low(χ^(2)=8.889,P=0.003<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(χ^(2)=6.135,P=0.013<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with comprehensive nursing can reduce the psychological pressure of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve patient satisfaction.
