摘  要:采取正交实验法优化了超声波辅助提取龙眼中微量元素的条件,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定龙眼中Ca、Mn、Cu含量.在最佳实验条件下,即消解液体积为10 mL,超声时间为20 min,超声浴温度为70℃,测出龙眼果实中钙、锰、铜元素的含量分别是983.175μg·g^(-1),2.437μg·g^(-1),9.055μg·g^(-1);精密度分别为1.7%,0.8%,0.2%;回收率分别是103.64%,93.38%,101.83%;检出限分别是0.02469μg·mL^(-1),0.04664μg·mL^(-1),0.07004μg·mL^(-1).超声提取法具有高效、环保、操作便捷等优点,有较好的应用价值.In this paper,the condition for determining trace elements in longan was optimized by ultrasonic assisted extraction.The content of Ca,Mn and Cu in longan by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established by orthogonal experiment.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the volume of digestion solution was 10 mL,the ultrasonic time was 20 min,and the ultrasonic bath temperature was 70℃,the contents of Ca、Mn and Cu in longan fruit were 983.175μg/g,2.437μg/g and 9.055μg/g respectively.The precision rates of these trace elements were 1.7%,0.8%,0.2% respectively;the recovery rates were 103.64%,93.38%,101.83% respectively;the detection limits were 0.02469μg·mL^(-1),0.04664μg·mL^(-1),0.07004μg·mL^(-1) respectively.Ultrasonic assisted extraction has the characteristics of high efficiency,environmental protection and convenient operation,thus good for practical application.
