摘　　要：选用1日龄雪峰乌骨雏鸡270只(公母各半),饲喂高、中、低粗蛋白质(CP)水平不同的3种玉米-鱼粉-豆粕型饲粮.通过饲养试验和代谢试验,研究不同的粗蛋白质水平对0~4周龄及5~8周龄雪峰乌骨鸡生产性能及养分表观代谢率的影响,根据两个试验的研究结果,得出雪峰乌骨鸡在代谢能为12.13 MJ/kg的条件下,0~4周龄阶段,其饲粮适宜的粗蛋白质为21%;5~8周龄阶段,其饲粮适宜的粗蛋白质为19%.In this experiment,2701-day-old Xuefeng black-bone chickens(half male and half female)were selected and fed with three corn-fishmeal-soybean meal diets with different levels(high,medium and low)crude protein(CP).The effects of different crude protein levels on the production performance and nutrient apparent metabolic rate of 0-4 weeks old and 5-8 weeks old Xuefeng silky fowls were studied by feeding and metabolism experiments.Results indicate that,under the condition of metabolizable energy of 12.13 MJ/kg for Xuefeng black-bone chickens,the appropriate crude protein in the diet at the age of 0-4 weeks is 21%;at the age of 5-8 weeks,the appropriate crude protein in diet is 19%.
