摘　　要：处理施工爆破造成的影响,即“炮损”处理已经成为水利水电工程项目建设中的重要问题。以鄂北水资源配置工程高子坡隧洞“炮损”处理为例,分析了爆破影响可能导致的沿线农村建(构)筑物损坏,明确了相关部门的责任,从而理清“炮损”处理程序,可为类似工程中“炮损”问题的定性和定量分析提供参考依据。Dealing with the impact of construction blasting,that is, "shot damage" treatment has become an important issue in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. This article takes the "shot damage" treatment of the Gaozipo tunnel of the North Hubei water resources allocation project as an example,analyzes the damage to rural buildings(structures) along the line that may be caused by the impact of blasting,and clarifies the responsibilities of the relevant departments,so as to sort out the treatment of "shot damage" The program can provide a reference for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of "shot damage" in similar projects.
