生化汤联合中药督脉熏蒸治疗产后腹痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究生化汤加减联合中药督脉熏蒸对产后腹痛的临床治疗效果。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的100例产后腹痛患者,按照随机抽签的方法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采取生化汤加减治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取中药督脉熏蒸治疗。对比2组患者产后治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者术后治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用生化汤联合中药督脉熏蒸治疗产后腹痛能够帮助患者术后快速恢复,降低疼痛的发生率,帮助患者早日康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenghua decoction combined with Chinese medicine governor channel fumigation on postpartum abdominal pain.Methods 100 patients with postpartum abdominal pain admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random lottery method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Shenghua decoction,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine governor channel fumigation.The postoperative treatment effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of postoperative treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenghua decoction combined with Chinese medicine governor channel fumigation can help patients recover quickly after surgery,reduce the incidence of pain,and help patients to leave the hospital as soon as possible.
