摘　　要：文章以中医理论为基础,阴阳变化为核心,通过对动静观的历史沿革探究及临床观察,发现在妇科疾病发生发展过程中有不同的动静特点,基于此提出以动静观辨证论治妇科疾病的特色理论。其治疗主要体现在动如推舟、或如摧朽;静宜凉润、或敛或涩;动中有静、动静相宜3个方面。文章首次将动静观贯穿于妇科诊治及用药中,以期对临床诊疗提供指导与参考。This article is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the change of yin and yang as the core.Through the historical evolution and clinical observation of the dynamic and static view,it is found that there are different dynamic and static characteristics in the development and development of gynecological diseases.Its treatment is mainly reflected in moving like pushing a boat,or like decay;static should be cool,or converging or astringent;there are three aspects of static and dynamic.For the first time in this article,dynamic and static views are used in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecology and medication,in order to provide guidance and reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
