摘　　要：目的观察星状神经节为主埋线治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法将50例符合纳入标准的2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗病患者,随机分为二甲双胍与盐酸吡格列酮对照组和星状神经节为主穴位埋线组,观察星状神经节为主埋线疗法与西药疗法对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者治疗前后空腹血糖和胰岛素水平的影响。结果治疗后埋线组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、空腹血糖和胰岛素水平改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对星状神经节采用埋线的方式干预,不仅可降低患者的血糖水平,而且使血糖水平稳定在一个正常的区间。同时通过配穴的埋线,调理气血,使靶器官的损害减至最低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion catgut embedding in the treatment of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 patients with insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into captopril group and stellate ganglion catgut embedding group.The effects of stellate ganglion implantation therapy and western medicine therapy on fasting blood glucose and insulin levels of type 2 diabetes patients with insulin resistance before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),fasting blood glucose and insulin levels in the embedding group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of stellate ganglion with catgut embedding can not only reduce the blood glucose level of patients,but also stabilize the blood glucose level in a normal range.At the same time,through the embedding of points,regulating qi and blood,so that the damage of target organs is minimized.
