隔药灸治疗子宫内膜异位症性痛经观察

摘　　要：目的探究子宫内膜异位症性痛经患者行隔药灸治疗后的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月南昌市洪都中医院妇科门诊收治的子宫内膜异位症性痛经患者68例,以治疗方式的不同进行分组,将服用中药治疗的患者纳入对照组,应用隔药灸治疗的患者纳入观察组,每组34例。评估2组的临床疗效以及疼痛自评量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.06%(33/34)高于对照组70.59%(24/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,第1、2个月经周期内2组VAS评分均已下降,且观察组降幅大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗子宫内膜异位症性痛经患者时应用隔药灸,可取得确切疗效,且有利于改善患者的痛经程度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of medicine-separated moxibustion therapy for endometriosis dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 68 patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea treated in the department of Gynecology of Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into different groups according to different treatment methods.The patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were included in the control group,and the patients treated with moxibustion were included in the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Clinical efficacy and Visual analogue Scale(VAS)score were assessed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(33/34)higher than that of the control group(70.59%,24/34),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were basically the same,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in both groups decreased in the first and second menstrual cycles,and the decrease in observation group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medicine-separated moxibustion with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea can obtain the exact curative effect and is beneficial to improve the degree of dysmenorrhea.
