皮内针联合面饼脐灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨皮内针联合面饼脐灸在治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月广东省第二中医院原发性痛经(寒凝血瘀型)患者60例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗;观察组采用皮内针联合面饼脐灸。观察2组临床综合疗效,痛经症状评分的变化。结果2组患者近期综合疗效、痛经症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组远期综合疗效、痛经症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮内针联合面饼脐灸能有效治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,且不易复发,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle combined with umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation and blood-stasis stasis type.Methods Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation and blood-stasis stasis type in Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into groups according to random number method,with 30 cases in control group and 30 cases in observation group.The control group took orally with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules.The observation group was given intradermal acupuncture and umbilical moxibustion.The clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups and the changes in the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms was observed.Results The comprehensive curative effect and dysmenorrhea symptom score showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the short-term curative effect(P>0.05),the long-term curative effect was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Intradermal acupuncture combined with umbilical moxibustion can effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea of cold-coagulation and blood-stasis stasis type,and it is not easy to relapse.It is worth applying in clinic widely.
