温宫活血汤联合诺雷得治疗子宫腺肌病临床观察

摘　　要：目的综合评价温宫活血汤联合诺雷得对子宫腺肌病患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月抚顺市中医院妇科病房住院部收治的子宫腺肌病患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组应用醋酸戈舍瑞林缓释植入剂(诺雷得)注射治疗方案,试验组在此基础上联合温宫活血汤内服治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后子宫体积、中医证候积分及临床有效率变化情况。结果治疗后,试验组子宫体积、中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组总有效率93.33%(28/30),高于对照组83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温宫活血汤联合诺雷得皮下注射治疗方案可显著控制子宫增生情况,恢复其生理功能及内分泌水平,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Wengong Huoxue decoction combined with noread on adenomyosis.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,60 patients with adenomyosis who were hospitalized and treated in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated by injection of goserellin acetate sustained-release implant.30 cases in the experimental group were treated by internal administration of Wengong Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of uterine volume,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and clinical efficiency of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the uterine volume and TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of control group(83.33%(25/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wengong Huoxue decoction combined with noread subcutaneous injection can significantly control the hyperplasia of uterus,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
