建昌帮煨附子炮制前后单酯型生物碱的含量变化研究

摘　　要：目的检测并比较建昌帮煨附子炮制前后3种单酯型生物碱苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱的含量变化情况。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测并比较炮制前后煨附子中3种单酯型生物碱类成分的含量变化情况。结果3种单酯型生物碱总量发生明显的变化,煨制后由炮制前的0.0091%升高到0.0562%,且存在显著性差异。结论建昌帮煨附子炮制前后单酯型生物碱的总量变化显著,从成分分析上表明建昌帮煨制附子能够增强药物功效,且检测方法可靠宜行。为进一步的中药研究提供实验参考。Objective To compare the contents of three monoesters alkaloids before and after processing Jianchangbang simmered aconite.Methods HPLC method was used to detect and compare the content changes of three kinds of monoester alkaloids in Radix aconite simmer before and after processing.Results The total amount of the three monoester alkaloids increased from 0.0091%before processing to 0.0562%after simmering,and the content changed significantly,and there was a significant difference.Conclusion TThe total amount of monoester alkaloids before and after the Jianchangbang simmered aconite has changed significantly.From the component analysis,it reflects the synergistic aspect of Jianchangbang simmered aconite.
