一带一路背景下我国中医药国际化进程推进及可持续发展探讨

摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议的全面推行,在当前背景下,“一带一路”为实现中医药国际化发展提供了良好的契机。在《中医药发展战略规划纲要(2016—2030年)》中明确表示,应进一步深化中医药国际教育交流合作力度,将中医药作为我国参与国际交流,开拓国际市场的重要途径与方式。但在诸多因素的影响下,导致目前中医药在国际化推进过程中暴露出诸多方面的缺陷和不足,如文化差异性较大、创新意识薄弱等。在上述因素的影响下,导致国际社会对中医药缺乏准确的了解与认识,实际定位也存在一定的偏差。基于此,此文在“一带一路”背景下对中医药国际化展开全方位的讨论与分析,进而提高中医药在国际领域的影响力,以期促进其国际地位的进一步提升,为中医药的国际化发展目标探索路径。With the comprehensive implementation of The Belt and Road strategy,it provides a good opportunity for the international development of traditional Chinese medicine.In the Outline of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2016-2030),it is clearly stated that traditional Chinese medicine should be further strengthened in international educational exchanges and cooperation.However,under the influence of many factors,traditional Chinese medicine has exposed many deficiencies in the process of internationalization,such as large cultural differences,relatively implemented systems and institutions,and weak awareness of innovation.This paper carries out a comprehensive discussion and analysis on the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to improve the influence in the international field,promote its international status and ensure the smooth realization of the internationalization development goal of traditional Chinese medicine.
