火针疗法在皮肤病治疗中的应用现状及展望

摘　　要：火针,作为中医适宜技术中“针法”的一种,已被广泛应用于皮肤病的治疗。近年来,随着一些新的治疗药物和手段的出现,火针这一传统疗法再次被“老法新用”,通过结合现代药物及治疗方法应用于临床,以提高临床疗效。此文从原理到方法、疗效分类对近年来火针在病毒性皮肤病、皮肤附属器疾病以及色素障碍性皮肤病等疾病治疗中的应用进展进行了综述,为火针这一传统疗法在皮肤病治疗中的应用能够得到进一步的规范使用和推广作出参考。Fire needle,as a kind of“acupuncture”in the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine,has been widely used in the treatment of skin diseases.In recent years,with the emergence of some new therapeutic drugs and methods,the traditional therapy of fire acupuncture has been used again,and it has been used in clinical practice after being combined with many modern drugs and methods to improve clinical efficacy.In this article,the application progress of fire needles in the treatment of viral skin diseases,skin appendage diseases,and pigment disorders skin diseases in recent years is reviewed,we hope the method can be further promoted and applied in the future.
