融媒传播新时期主持人的发展路径研究--以中央广播电视总台主持人大赛为视角

摘　　要：融媒体技术快速发展的今天,新媒体和传统媒体交互,主持人能力能否提高并适应时代潮流,是亟待思考的问题。《中央广播电视总台2019主持人大赛》从镜头语言表达、自我认知、即兴评述表达、新媒体应用等多个方面对年轻主持人进行了考核。梳理本届大赛的考题内容、表现形式、关注重点等方面的创新之处,旨在探讨融媒体传播时代主持人素养和能力培养的新路径。As media convergence technology develops rapidly,new media interacts with traditional media,and the question on whether the ability of a presenter host can be updated and adapted to the trend of the times emerges.The 2019 Host Contest,designed to evaluate the professional ability of young presenter hosts in terms of language expression in front of the camera,self-cognition,impromptu expression and new media application,has its significance in such a special time.This paper,by sifting through the innovative features of the contest in this year from such aspects as question content,expression forms and the focus of the test,analyzed the professional ability and ability cultivation of presenter hosts in the era of media convergence.
