摘　　要：肾脏囊性病变是临床上的一类常见疾病,目前将良性和恶性肾脏囊性病变明确区分仍有很大的挑战。Bosniak分级系统的引入提高了肾脏囊性病变诊断的准确性,同时改善了不同观察者间的一致性。经过30多年的不断更新完善,Bosniak分级系统逐渐被泌尿外科和放射科医生接受。2019年Bosniak分级系统再一次更新,并首次将磁共振成像(MRI)纳入分级系统。本文基于2019版Bosniak分级系统肾脏囊性病变的诊断和临床干预方面做一概述。Renal cystic lesion is a common disease.It is still a great challenge to distinguish benign and malignant renal cystic lesions.The introduction of Bosniak classification system improves the accuracy of diagnosing renal cystic lesions and the agreement among different observers.After more than 30 years of continuous improvement,Bosniak classification system has been gradually accepted by urologists and radiologists all over the world.In 2019,Bosniak classification system was updated again and MRI was included for the first time.This article reviews the diagnosis and clinical interventions of renal cystic lesions based on Bosniak classification system,version 2019.
