摘　　要：目的分析某口腔专科医院急诊病例中患者相关情况,对口腔急诊医疗安全的提升提供参考依据。方法通过某口腔专科医院2019年1月1日-2019年6月30日急诊时间段信息记录完整的5751份急诊病例,从患者性别年龄构成、就诊疾病的诊断分类、诊疗技术所属专业的分类等3个维度进行分析评价。结果口腔急诊男性患者比例为54.53%,女性患者比例为45.47%,差异有统计学意义P<0.001;就诊原因中,口腔感染性急症占39.59%、口腔颌面部各类外伤占38.13%、不良反应的应急处理占8.73%;诊疗技术所属诊疗科目中,口腔颌面外科专业占69.03%,传统口腔内科专业占30.17%,其他专业为0.80%。结论口腔专科医院男性多于女性患者,诊疗范围广,相关培训不到位,应当根据其实际情况规范口腔急诊科室名称;建立急诊综合带教模式,提升医师全科诊疗能力;完善院内应急与转运体系。Objectives The relevant situation of patients in emergency medical records of a specialized stomatology hospital was analyzed to provide reference for the improvement of oral emergency medical safety.Methods From January 1st,2019 to June 30th,2019,5,751 emergency medical records in a special stomatology hospital were analyzed and evaluated from three dimensions:basic gender and age composition of patients,diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and diagnosis and treatment technology.Results The proportion of male and female patients in oral emergency department was 54.53% and 45.47%,P<0.001 with statistical significance.Among the reasons,oral infectious emergency accounted for 39.59%,oral and maxillofacial trauma accounted for 38.13%,and the emergency treatment of adverse reactions accounted for 8.73%.Among the diagnosis and treatment subjects of diagnosis and treatment technology,oral and maxillofacial surgery accounted for 69.03%,traditional oral medicine accounted for 30.17%,and other majors accounted for 0.80%.Conclusions The names of emergency departments in oral hospitals should be standardized according to the actual situation.We should establish the emergency comprehensive teaching mode to improve the general medical treatment ability of doctors and improve the hospital emergency and transport system.
