摘　　要：目的采用气泡图对病床的的工作效率进行综合分析和评价,为有针对性的调整床位配置、提升医院管理水平和医疗服务质量提供依据:方法选取新疆某医院2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日43365例出院患者医疗指标,包括病床使用率、病床周转次数和出院人数,运用气泡图进行综合评价。结果根据床位使用率、病床周转次数的分界点对病床使用情况区分为6种类型、4个象限。其中资源配置较为合理的科室为平衡区,有内分泌、肾病、骨二科、风湿免疫科等,床位使用率为95.2%~99.6%,周转次数为36.7次~45.6次;处于空置区、闲置区的科室表明资源配置明显不合理,病床周转次数偏低,患者住院时间长,周转较为缓慢;处于高负荷区和积压区病床配置严重不足。结论医院存在床位配置不合理的情况,应加强医疗卫生资源的合理配置,将关键信息用图表的方式展示出来,提高医院管理水平,能够帮助临床科室了解本科运营,探寻通过多种方式合理利用床位资源,协助医院领导进行决策判断,提升利用效率。Objectives The bubble chart was used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the work efficiency of hospital beds,which provided a basis for the targeted adjustment of bed allocation and the improvement of hospital management level and medical service quality.Methods A total of 43,365 discharged patients were selected from a hospital in Xinjiang from January 1st,2020 to December 31st,2020,including the utilization rate of beds,the number of bed turnover and the number of discharged patients,and the bubble chart was used for comprehensive evaluation.Results According to the dividing point of bed utilization rate and bed turnover,the bed usage was divided into 6 types and 4 quadrants.The departments with reasonable resource allocation were the balance areas.The departments in vacant areas and idle areas showed that the resource allocation was obviously unreasonable,the number of bed turnover was low,the patients stayed in hospital for a long time,and the turnover was slow.There was a serious shortage of beds in the high load and backlog areas.Conclusions Data visualization could greatly enhance the readability of data.In the daily work of the hospital,we should strengthen the rational allocation of medical and health resources,display the key information in the form of charts,improve the management level of the hospital,and help the clinical departments to understand the operation of the undergraduate.To explore the rational use of bed resources through a variety of ways,assist the hospital leaders to make decisions and judgments,and improve the utilization efficiency.
