摘 要:为挖掘棉花花朵中具有药用和食用价值的代谢物,以开花当天的陆地棉和金花葵的花朵为材料开展代谢组学检测,结果共检测到465个代谢物。利用差异倍数(Fold change)和VIP值(Variable importance in projection)相结合的方法筛选差异代谢物。结果表明,在陆地棉和金花葵的花朵中共筛选出差异显著代谢物269个,196个代谢物在陆地棉和金花葵中含量差异不显著。有29个代谢物仅在金花葵中检测到,包括氨基酸及衍生物、酚酸类、黄酮、木脂素和香豆素等,有41个代谢物仅在陆地棉中检测到,主要包括黄酮类、酚酸类和鞣质等次生代谢物。综上,陆地棉中富含黄酮、氨基酸及其衍生物、酚酸、生物碱、有机酸、脂质、核苷酸及其衍生物、鞣质和香豆素等物质。In order to explore metabolites with medicinal and edible values in cotton flowers,the flowers of Gossypium hirsutumL.and Aurea helianthus were sampled on the day of flowering to carry out metabolomics analysis.A total of465 metabolites were detected by metabolomics sequencing.The fold change and VIP(Variable importance in projection)were combined used to screen the differential metabolites.A total of 269 metabolites showed significant changes between G.hirsutum L.and A.helianthus,while there were no significant difference in the contents of 196 metabolites.There were 29 metabolites only detected in A.helianthus,including amino acids and derivatives,phenolic acids,flavonoids,lignans and coumarins and etc.There were 41 metabolites only detected in G.hirsutum L.,including flavonoids,phenolic acids,tannins and etc.The results above showed that cotton was rich in flavonoids,amino acids and derivatives,phenolic acids,alkaloids,organic acids,lipids,nucleotides and derivatives,tannins and coumarins.
